PJLA Training Sessions
PJLA is now offering training sessions to continue to educate the testing and calibration laboratory industry. These training sessions allow participants to gain knowledge on the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Participants can utilize this education to develop their 17025:2017 accreditation programs and to continuously make improvements on existing programs. Evidence of training is a requirement of the standard and participating in PJLA training sessions are one way to show compliance.
These webinars are completed over a 60 minute period and cover various topics of the relevant requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Examples of compliance are provided, allowing participants to fully encompass what is required for the implementation and maintenance of a laboratory quality management system. These webinars are held once per month at no cost to the participant.
On-site Public Training Sessions
These training sessions are conducted at an on-site facility open to the public. These cover various aspects of ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Participants have the opportunity to exchange experiences and learn from other participants. Hands on training are provided by an experienced trainer from the laboratory and accreditation industry.
These are conducted on-site at the client facility. These sessions are for clients who are in need of training larger groups of employees that will be involved with the accreditation process. These sessions allow for clients to embrace the 17025 standard and to ask questions as it directly relates to their system.

“I just wanted to send a thank you note about how valuable the online webinars & the in-person training sessions were. The transition has been very smooth with the help of these webinars and training sessions. Thanks to the PJLA team for putting these together and keeping us abreast of the changes. We especially liked how the webinar were made focusing on one or two topics and not the entire standard. We could not have completed the transition process without the help of these. I have been recommending to go through the recorded ones available on your website to our UK & Singapore team members to go over these.”
